All other Products

  • Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. We only ask that all items be returned in their original condition and without any alterations. Any items not meeting this criterion will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for all expenses associated with the return shipment.
  • You are also responsible for properly packing the product in its original packaging and returning all items and extras that were included in the shipment.
  • It is strongly suggested that you insure the value of the item in the event the item is lost or damaged in route. Any shipping damage that occurs will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping company.
  • Non defective returns or buyer remorse will be refunded the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee.

We accept Credit/Debit Card and PayPal payments 

  • Credit/Debit Card: Use our Paypal payment processor. A PayPal account is NOT required. Simply Select the PayPal payment option and enter in your credit/debit card information without logging into PayPal.
  • PayPal: If you do not have a PayPal account click HERE it is secure and FREE for buyers. 

Sales Tax: 

  • If your order is shipped to Arizona, 7.3% sales tax will be charged. Orders shipped outside of Arizona are not subject to Arizona sales tax.

Shipping:

Orders with multiple items may ship from different locations, and may ship separately.

All products (excluding EdgeStar) can be shipped worldwide!

EdgeStar products are shipped directly from the supplier and will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or International Customers. You have the following two options.
